Zac Banks and his Good Guy team are passionate about giving back to the community and making a difference in any way they can. Since the founding of the Good Guy Group in 2018, they have donated tens of thousands of dollars to local charities/nonprofits throughout the Dayton and Cincinnati area.
While their focus as a business is in helping buyers and sellers of residential real estate, they are also committed to their community.
The Good Guy Group's most recent partner was Christmas in Historic Springboro, a non-profit that hosts the largest 3-day holiday festival in the tri-state area. The Good Guy Group sponsored the 5k and at noon they were in the parade equipped with 150 free Good Guy shirts, squishies for the kids, Rudolph (Zac Banks), bumble (Jose Manuel), their police K9 buddy, Hugo, and Randy Paul. They couldn't have done it without Cassie Gutt, the brains of the operation.
Throughout the year they have also sponsored he Springboro Panthers Hockey Team, Back the Blue (a fundraiser for local FOP Ohio Lodge 117 and the Miami Valley Crime Prevention Association), The Boo Boro Bash, the 6th Annual Back the Blue Golf Outing hosted the Franklin Police Association, the Detective Jorge DelRio Memorial Hockey Game, and many more.
